InnatePro Professional Interpretive Analysis

…. A simple yet effective tool for accurate professional HR profiling

The InnatePro Professional interpretive Analysis tool has been developed for HR Professionals by HR Professionals as an effective and simple tool which approximates the efficacy of an Assessment Centre at a fraction of its time and cost. It is meant to profile a range of abilities and attributes to facilitate correct recruiting, team fitment, managerial compatibility, training and development.

The need

The corporate world has become increasingly demanding and competitive and to survive organizations need to align their strategic intent to this scenario. The intent, in turn, shapes the mission statement, the values and the structure of the organization. The organization then sets its performance parameters according to its strategic intent. The organization, therefore, finds it imperative to be manned by competent people.

Research shows that CVs, application forms, references and interviews cannot predict whether candidates will succeed in the job. A candidate that doesn’t succeed leads to additional recruitment costs as well as disruption of work, teams and business.

An incorrectly recruited person may cost the organization more than 10 times his salary to replace.

Hence, the need for a reliable, swift and accurate assessment tool.

The InnatePro Professional Interpretive Analysis (IPIA) Tool

The IPIA provides an accurate insight into how people behave at work, how they align themselves in a team, how do they learn and the chances of success in their roles.

The IPIA will answer several questions, including the following

  • A summary of the person’s preferred management style, communication expectations and motivational needs
  • A deterministic assessment of the person’s intrapersonal and interpersonal personality – DISC Profiling based on Dr William Marston’s Theory of Personality
  • Distributional metrics of the multiple components of his innate intelligence based on Dr Howard Gardner’s Theory of Multiple Intelligences
  • The person’s Neo Cortex Development
  • The person’s Emotional Quotient in terms of specific job related factors including self reliance, contentment, self-restraint, congeniality, self-sensibility. The assessment measures specific traits such as influence, communication, conflict management, leadership, change-catalyst, versatility, vivacity, etc
  • The person’s Adversity Quotient which gives an indication about the ability to deal with stress and to manage crises without losing control
  • The Creativity Quotient which provides an inkling on the person’s ability to think up and design new inventions, solve problems in new and unconventional ways

  • The Brain Hemispheric Dominance as per Dr Roger Sperry’s Nobel Prize winning theory. Left or Right Brain Dominance is required for specific job functions

The Methodology

The IPIA Methodology is very simple and involves a few steps
  • Role Analysis – A session with HR Team and Departmental Head
  • A presentation to the Team – A session which may extend up to 4 hours depending on the team size and complexity of the assessments required
  • Biometric Data capture – A few minutes per person
  • Psychometric Testing – Based on specific roles and jobs
